Pirate Negroni

1½ oz Jamaican Rum

1½ oz Sweet Vermouth

1 oz Coconut Oil-Washed Campari

four parts Campari, one part melted coconut oil. Shake and let sit for two hours at room temperature. Freeze overnight and then strain into jar
