7 oz Aged Rum 4 oz Coconut Water 2 oz Falernum 4 oz Pineapple Juice ½ oz Demerera Syrup 1 ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice 4 oz Whole Milk
METHOD 1. Combine all the ingredients except the milk 2. Add the whole milk into a second container 3. Slowly add the contents of the first container to the milk (add to the milk and not the other way round) 4. Stir gently 5. Strain through cheesecloth, a tea towel or coffee filter 6. Wait patiently 7. Transfer the first 25% of the strained drink back into the filter (careful not to disturb the bed of curds) 8. Alternatively, strain everything a second time
