BACON FAT WASHING

  1. Cook Bacon

  2. Allow rendered fat to cool slighty

  3. Add 1 oz of fat to 12 oz of Bourbon or Vodka

  4. Shake well to combine

  5. Let sit for 4-6 hours

  6. Freeze overnight

  7. Scoop out fat

  8. Strain through coffee filter
