Advocaat Liqueur

10 Egg Yolks
1 ½ cup Brandy
1 ¼ cup  Sugar
½ tsp Salt

⅛ tsp cinnamon
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Add the Salt, Sugar, Cinnamon and Vanilla Extract to the Yolks. Whisk thoroughly. Stir in the Brandy. Transfer the mixture to a pot, stir over low heat until the mixture coats the back of your spoon. Then transfer the pot to an ice bath until the surface of the pot is cool to the touch.
